How to use your squishy?

Using your squishy toy is very easy. While you can have fun with it however you want, the most effective way to use it is to take it fully in your hand, close it and release it in order to crush your squishy repeatedly. So you will be able to feel a very pleasant sensation and it will allow you to relax. We recommend that you squeeze your squishy for 1 minute without stopping if you’re feeling anxious.
